As everyone tried to warn, Trump wants to deport AMERICAN CITIZENS. He intends to void the 14th Amendment. He wants a “population purge.”

This is important.

Trump freed 5,000 Taliban fighters and 1,500 people involved in the Capitol attack. 600 of them were charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding law enforcement. They were directly responsible for injuring over 100 police officers. #LawAndOrder

The Supreme Court isn’t going to uphold the birthright citizenship EO. But the harm caused by Trump calling into question the validity of the citizenship of essentially every brown person in this country (to his supporters’ minds) on day one is going to cause immense, immense harm.

Seems to me if he spewed it incessantly all throughout the campaign it would have been worth investigating, but we currently have no real opposition in the party, or very little to speak of.

Sucks that he had to do this- pardon people who did the right thing, when people trying to destroy America also were pardoned in the prior administration. There’s still a real possibility that Trump will ignore it though and seek revenge nonetheless.

Oligarchy (noun): A government of and by a few at the top, who exercise power for their own benefit. Their power and wealth increase as they make laws that favor themselves, manipulate financial markets, and create monopolies that put more wealth into their pockets.

Which if you follow even the front-facing evidence of the abuse MAGA have been enacting to our laws and redistricting and threats and intimidation and outright sabotage during elections is just ridiculous on its face. Yet most Dem politicians refuse to call it out, especially when it matters.

There’s a whole lotta folks who emerged out of resistance Twitter who seem to be really invested in rejecting this possibility. Had they been a real resistance they might have used their enormous platforms to advocate for audits. But Dems painted themselves into this corner where elections are pure,

Or… maybe he’s telling on himself and his winning all 5 swing states after being the worst candidate on earth didn’t require actual votes. Well never know now because Dems refused to request an audit, but he has verbal diarrhea. There’s a reason Elon moved in with him and policed his every move.
