Honestly, the story right after the introduction (my fav intro of any 2025 movie btw) was kinda slow and there were also redundancies that played against it. Or maybe the plot wasn't catchy for you

There's TONS of lore, I wanted to play Silent Hill Origins and 4, but I didn't have the time to 😩😫
From 1 to 3 (the only ones I played lol) are some of my fav horror games

They took a big risk changing parts of the plot, it sounded interesting at first, but they did NOTHING
As you read, it had a few good things, but also a lot of bad things 💀

If you want to see a good horror movie, go watch Weapons. Not as I thought it would be, but it's better

Just gonna say that there were parts that made it feel like a fucking parody, I was literally laughing at it.
Some artistic decisions were PEAK, just as its cinematography.
That lateral move with the camera through that corridor full of nurses gave me a DAMN ORGASM

Sooooo came back from the cinema and... It's a 6.5 out of 10

I think they really tried their best to do a good adaptation, but it's just... not so good. I enjoyed some scenes and parts that were different from the game, like the ending! But they fucked up some other things like secondary characters
