hi friends, i’m sorry to post this here, but i feel that this needs to be said. the situation in indonesia is not okay. we are being silenced, forced into silence, and fear is everywhere. we need international media to pay attention and pressure our government.

right now, riots are happening across indonesia, especially jakarta, which where i’m at. people are protesting against corruption, injustice, and the government’s abuse of power. instead of listening, authorities respond with violence, intimidation, and silence from local media.
