Tbh I lived with such heavy smokers all my life that I couldn't smell my OWN scent. Moving out & taking like 6+ years to regrow everything in my nose & lungs, now I can smell EVERYTHING & it's kind of crazy & overwhelming. I feel like Wolverine with people. I can fucking track people.

Ocean, no imo- shouldn't have a umami or salty tone flavor like that (if you mean that?). I would say earthy is the most common expectation with maybe LIGHT tones of citrus with young leaves. But yeah smoking will 100% make you taste it differently, so that clears up some of it with me lmfao.

Ah, yeah see I can't handle that without headaches, as my sense of smell is extremely acute. My partner is similar with headaches, but he can't smell stuff from outside of a house like I can. Last week I could smell my co-worker eating a burger in the arcade from the parking lot outside.

... those are bad green teas lmfao. Maybe I am spoiled on imports from my Japanese professor, but yeah. Never had ones with vegetal notes, just... well, tea flavor & a bitter flavor that is distinct to teas to me.

That's me with Krakengard... it's a sort of pine scent, but not cloying at all. I had tried some others when I ran out & eventually went back to it because everything else (other than Bearglove) was too strong & I didn't want to use the same bar as my husband because he's so messy with his, lol.

They shouldn't...? Good matcha just tastes like a stronger, "creamy"(er) matcha tea when prepared well. It's just kind of lightly bitter & sometimes astringent, but never grassy. If it's grassy, then imo, it's not real matcha or it has some other herbs messing with the flavor.

Man, I am NOT doing good... kidney stone pain is back full force & I for sure have that 6mm giant now suck down on my right side the EXACT way the 8mm was stuck in me last year that sent me to the ER. If I can't pass this in like a month, I'm gonna have to go to the ER again & I DON'T WANNA.

I honestly think 90% of it is just people being terrified of needles, from how I have asked some folks about it. Like the thought of it is terrifying, or somehow accidentally killing yourself with an air bubble even though that's not a risk with this at all (what they scream at me).

I'm glad I am pain tolerant, because for some reason the stick today would NOT break my skin. It wasn't the muscle, but my SKIN stopping it. Goddamn??? Fine otherwise, but wtf?

Plus all I do is traditional art which is also deeply disliked in my experience so in general I just do not feel accepted at all & have to sit this out I guess.

I always wanted to try art fight, but the majority of my OCs are from other media & apparently that is super bad, or something? I can't get a clear answer on it other than it's frowned upon or straight up not allowed depending on where I see/ask, so I just got disheartened about it.
