For my team, it’s as simple as having them in the interview observing and taking notes. They get to see what it’s like to be in the room as the interviewer, and they get a chance to practice providing feedback on the candidate afterwards. Has worked well so far 🤞

It’s a draining but rewarding process. Having recently revamped our process, giving the teams opportunities to shadow and then run the interview when they’re comfortable is so important!
