European Paediatric Translational Research Infrastructure

Today we celebrate #RareDiseaseDay!
Between 6000 and 8000 distinct rare diseases exist today, impacting the lives of between 27 and 36 million people. 70% of rare diseases start in childhood.
The #OrphaDev4Kids project is developing Orphan Medical Devices for children living with #rarediseases.

The survey below intends to assess the availability of concrete data on orphan devices to support the next steps of the co-decision process.
It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and remains open until 24 February 2026.
