plus iirc its not like they pick some Na'Vi's body to repurpose, but make them homegrown to "resemble" Na'Vi, so ig it should be possible to customize body even in a way that doesnt fully resemble the pilot as long as the pilot is able to "connect" to the body

i remember having some sort of "art book" for the movie/game which was presented as a diary/encyclopedia from MC's pov, there probably should be something about the technology of the whole "mind between bodies transfer" process...
