I keep having to stop myself from bitching about the fucking Mario Galaxy Movie because I did this all already, we've already been down this path. You've all heard my whinging about the first one and got annoyed at me for it before.

But man is it tough to not GO OFF sometimes

I used to love that stupid place. It was a great, simple way to keep in contact with folks and get your silly ideas out there. Now I legitimately feel like I have to be wary of people who still use it exclusively.

All that aside, what's the fucking point of casting a known actor and then having them do an impression of Yoshi? Other than the obvious, so they can put their name on the poster of course?

Absolutely. Love the art direction and vibes though. The way each era you visit has a separate palette adds a lot to the feeling (and cheesiness of it all).

It absolutely gets so weird haha. I have a lot of fondness for the game but its resolutions are so strange.

Sticking with our Sonic podcast for this many episodes feels like a real achievement. We've been nattering on about hedgehogs for quite a few years now!

Covering the Sonic Shorts to mark the occasion was only natural. We wouldn't have even become friends if not for that collab!

Of course for me if I spent my time worrying about growth and numbers I’d never be able to make the ridiculous self-indulgent crap that I do. I set that mindset aside a long time ago.

In my experience here: The more you put in, the more you get from it. Not just posting art and whatnot, but engaging with others. Not to say you aren’t, that’s just how it’s been for me.

It can be easy to compare to the artificial engagement mess that is the other site. I fell into that trap once.
