I'm attending a lunar new year event and some of the dumb shit I'm hearing fall out of white people's mouths is making me want to... assertively shake some cultural education into them.

No nation is a monoculture. Wearing a specific cultural label doesn't always make someone a good person. Even the friendliest places on Earth have their fair share of cruel reactionaries.

The internet has flattened perception, obliterated pragmatism and continues to discourage nuance.

One thing I really need to focus on this year is leaning into abstract musical structures.

I don't just mean weird time signatures or strange chord progressions, but actually deconstructing the way the art is presented.

I have fun/odd ideas and I need to stop sanitizing them for wider consumption.

I just got a new audio tool that I am absolutely going to use the shit out of, to a wonderfully annoying degree, in the near future.

If a restaurant relies solely on QR codes for placing orders, I just get up and leave. If i wanted to order dinner on my phone, I could stay home.
