I use it in spurts. Sometimes I go weeks without using it and other times I'll use it everyday for a week lol. One of my favorites is 1 part chickpea flour, 2 parts water and spices to taste. You can do great things with lentils as well. It's amazing!

Homemade mushroom waffle using one small can of mushrooms (drained), soy sauce, generous amount of nutritional yeast (nooch), handful of walnuts, some shredded cheese. Blended everythig together and cooked in my Dash Mini Waffle maker for 10 minutes. #vegan #veganfood #plantbased #plantedbasedfood

Brown lentil burgers. I cooked the lentils in my rice cooker, 1 part lentils, 1 1/2 part water and 1/2 part soy sauce (give or take). Once cooked, added chickpea flour & Ritz crackers texture) and kelp sheets. #vegan #veganfood #plantbased #plantbasedfood #brownlentils #lentils #lentilburger

Joined veg friendly group years ago to talk about culturally jewish veg foods. They recently changed name to now be "pro Israel", but bastardizing that "pro Israel" stance to instead hate/dunk on Muslims. Hatred in any form, antisemitic or anti-muslim is NOT ok. Needless to say, I left the group!

A few pieces of cooked beets, chickpeas with some aquafaba liquid, tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and two ice cubes. I saw a video that using ice cubes helpes to aerate the hummus and provide a better texture and ... I'm a believer.
