Might I recommend an emotional support plushie to go to appointments with you, definitely helps the anxious feeling from needles etc. I also learned with piercings a trick to breathe in and when they go for it breathe out and you can tell them you want guided with it and teach them it if need be.

Animal crossing redeemed itself today by having my guest be Ketchup! Thank goodness!! It also gave me finally after YEARS cat villager in the campsite!! It's Bob 🥰 he's so cute!

4 Lakota men were kidnapped by ICE in Minneapolis. 3 of them were taken to what used to be a concentration camp for Native people, and the only people talking about it are other Indigenous people. I am angry but mostly numb, I am so used to this at this point. We are always forgotten.
