Was es für die Kunst bedeuten wird: kaum Nachwuchsförderung, kaum Unterstützung von Off Spaces/ Experimentellem. Das war schon immer so, wenn Kulturbudgets gekürzt werden, dann wird panisch darauf geachtet, dass das Arrivierte versorgt wird. Für Neues ist dann wenig Platz.
