Getting excited to patch tomorrow for the first time in months but also knowing the ephys gods hate it when you take a break from the rig

I would rather put a rat in earbars any day and also post op injections are easier in my opinion

Mice are inherently meaner than rats — rats will nibble but not bite for the most part

Rats are generally nicer and easier to work with IMO and surgeries are way easier in a rat vs mouse
