My king oyster subtrate is fully colonized but I can't get it to fruit for some reason. I mist it multiple times a day and keep the monotub open for air exchange. Any ideas before I start scratching the surface to create the physical disturbance. #mushrooms #mycelium #mushroom

Watching the #bees is so much fun. Ever since I oversowed clover seeds in the lawn area it seems to attract even more bees than my pollinator garden (which was just letting radish go to seed). #gardening #gardeningau #Bloomscrolling

Flowers on an apple tree.
Flowers on an apple tree.
Apple trees are now 3 years old. They are blooming prolifically for the first time. Unfortunately the Granny Smith and the Royal gala are not blooming together. And apparently they need to be cross pollinated. So yet to be seen if I will see any fruit this year. #gardening #gardeningau

Does anyone have experience with home #water #filtration? There was a report today about high levels of PFOA and PFOS in #australia tap water - it looks like this is particularly high in western #sydney. There fits not appear to be any good solutions […]
