like, if i could still do the routine of going downstairs to fix a meal but instead of having to worry about 'nutritional value' and 'available ingredients' or 'my dipshit brain throwing a tantrum about what it wants to eat again' i could just eat a bar of smth and it gets rid of my hunger symptoms

i genuinely enjoy the process of cooking and eating food and i like to eat routine meals if only for the comfort of the routine but it would be nice if it was optional or something
