Managed to get back to sleep just to have an in-continuity dream of continuing to be an ADHD disaster at a large overnight gathering in the aftermath of having already ruined everything for everyone.

My brain used the extra hour of night to play a vivid dream of major ADHD fails at big-deal work and social obligations, so that I could wake up before sunrise all wound up and stressed out.
