I'm having odd sleep patterns too, but I think it's one of the many annoying symptoms of hormonal changes for women at this age. I'm often jealous of the guys my age, although I'm sure middle age brings changes for all (and meds too). Great idea to do the writing while you're awake and all is quiet!

After the most recent Elon oligarch f@ckery and pending government shutdown the week before Christmas, I finally had to deactivate my Twitter. I hope this platform will continue to grow, particularly as the shit really hits the fan after Jan 20.

No one understands the change, grief, and loss at this stage of life like my buddies at "Somebody Somewhere." Maybe the best show on TV (best of all time on best friendships), and sadly it's ending despite so much more story to tell. It's on my long 2024 grief wrapped list.

I definitely say this every year but damn, I just want to hibernate the rest of the year. 2024 was a lot.

"What's Cooking" (2000) is my favorite Thanksgiving movie and it's on Prime! Highly recommend!
