In 1982 there are cars parked both sides of this residential street, with a pub to the right. Today all car parking has been removed, replaced by cycle parking, greenery and a loading bay. The pub is now a restaurant with an extension

If Montreal could do for buses what it’s done for bikes? What a city we’d have.
@lrabouin.bsky.social & @projetmontreal.org propose a “réseau express bus” (REB) with more dedicated lanes, higher frequency, fewer stops.
Ça peu paraître contre-intuitif, mais au Canada, plus on se rapproche des grands centres urbains, moins on est à risque de crimes violents.

Donc SMF a fait un don à sa propre course à la chefferie d'EM pendant que sa résidence principale était encore à Longueuil. Ce n'est pas permis par la loi!

1. The east-west bike route was given concrete protection
2. The intersection was set back into the park and given much more space
3. The north-south route was converted from one two-way bike lane to separate one-way bike lanes
