It may look like a housecat, but this is the 'flat-headed cat' (Prionailurus planiceps) native to wetland/swamp areas of Southeast Asia.

The close-set eyes are an adaptation to being a dietary specialist. You're looking at one of the best four-legged fish-catchers in the world.
