I'm still wondering why he was employed in the first case. his performance in the role has justified my opinion

East Coast 10k at Great Yarmouth.
properly pouring down for the first 6km, windy and drab (the weather was), then a 🌈 came out to finish under.
so proud of my RunBuddies Sonya Powley , Imogen Mole and Lora Elizabeth and grateful for their company.

fact is objective information.
opinion is a personal belief
ignorance is a lack of facts and stupidity is rejecting facts in favour of opinions.
sadly, too many politicians and podcasters understand this well and take advantage of stupid people that don't even realise they're stupid.
you can use it to rent happiness in the short term.

Kiprun training tonight with negative splits - relatively new to me. pleased with progress.
breathing exercises and work on increasing cadence paying off.
11.3km, 5.48 /km average for steady training.
I wore a fleece for PE on the field but I still have shorts on. I have the flag at half mast for hard

The common good is a set of shared commitments.
To the rule of law. To democracy. To tolerance. To equal opportunity. To upholding the truth.
We cannot have a functioning society without these shared commitments.
can't argue that. reform are acting for our foes

I kept hoping that sanity would prevail but it definitely will not so I deleted twitter and my 2,500 followers - many have become friends in over a decade.
a sad decline into madness

Appalled by the violent scenes of police being attacked at the Tommy Robinson rally today. Those responsible should face the full force of the law.
These far right thugs do not speak for Britain.
today, as tommy robinson rallies domestic abusers, football hooligans and poorly informed racists, remember being patriotic is NOT about flags and hate.
patriotism is working to make our nation better; help those in need, work in our communities and raise our families to be tolerant and curious.
at least that's one of tommy robinson's groomer gang that won't be attending nonce fest next weekend

they wanted reform but;
they're just ex-tories, frauds and fakers
they recycle trump's halfwit ideas
they ban free, open commentary and scrutiny
they have not one policy
they have no members, just subscribers
reform won't be happy until we have no rights and the way is clear for Russian rule
blessed be, brother!
