Every time I'm out and spot a flag at half staff, as I did today, and I don't know why it should be, I get excited and think, "Has it finally happened? Is this the day?" But no. Alas, the orange asshole still lives. 😞 I've never looked forward to a funeral so much in my life.

I mean, were they born yesterday? What the hell did they think a Republican promise was worth, anyway? Ugh.

It seems like nothing they do enhances the "end user" experience. It just makes it harder. 🙁

Supports a theory I developed about 10 years ago, that dogs are getting smarter but people are getting dumber. The idea that dogs could conquer humans and take over the planet is the only thing that fills me with any hope these days. 🙄😂🤣

That was literally me, yesterday. I had dodged an update for days, but when opening my laptop was greeted with "Let's Explore Your New Update" 😡 Security updates are welcome but I am tired of repeatedly having to waste time figuring out how to do the same thing I've always been bc of an update.

If the Ellisons get their hands on CNN, the concern is they will do to it what they're doing to CBS News, which they also just acquired.

The more news outlets that become Trump-friendly, the fewer opposing voices.

I spoke in Warren County, Indiana tonight. The organizer of the event said they usually have around 30 folks who come to their holiday supper. Tonight there were 150 people there.

Made some glorious stock from ham and pork bones yesterday, for which my favorite use is slow cooked beans. After soaking overnight, it's into a 300⁰F oven with baby limas, sliced pork jowl, onion, bay leaves, pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. The hard part is the waiting... 🍽️
