Drafting that would shame a grade 11 class who would have known the experience of living in a house. And having TA’d an engineering drafting class, that‘s a fail. To say nothing of code layout requirements.

I do something similar with goose. Get the oven hot, turn down to 315 and put the goose in. Goofed one year and left it hot for half an hour. Not the best that year. That is why it is temp down then in, and not in and then down.
