The 'zombie worms,' or Osedax, survive on bones of fallen whales and other large sea creatures on the deep-sea floor. These incredible worms have no mouths or stomachs. Instead, they release acid to bore into bones, absorbing nutrients through symbiotic bacteria in their tissues. #marinelife
