It would be interesting if the study was redone now 45 years later for comparison.

Dale Spender's study in 1980 found when women made up about 17% of a room, men assessed the gender balance as equal. And when women spoke 30% of the time, men assessed that women dominated the conversation

I think about this in relation to so much these days

I ask myself this question everyday. I live in Canada across the river from a small US town. They are some of the finest people I have ever met. How is it that so many is the US are reveling in hurting people.
