In other foraging news, I scored these pomegranates from a tree someone had cut down and taken to the dump. ❤️

It fried up great as nuggets! Stir-fry is good too.

I wouldn’t have thought this was edible, but it is, and it’s delish! Laetiporus sulphureus, also known as Chicken of the Woods - yum!
