Oml not even 30 minutes into my 1st period class and already broke into tears.

Bro why do my nightmares intensify a lot like it’s getting way more stressful for me. I always wake up with my heart pounding over the nightmares. (It’s too graphic for me to say or describe the nightmare so I’d rather speak about it in DMs)

Well- i kinda cried during rehearsal. 3 people asked what happened and I told them. One offered a hug and I accepted. If it wasn’t for them I’d probably wouldn’t have continued doing my duties.
