- Respect Personal Space - LANWAR is a shared space, so respecting boundaries is very important. This includes keeping your setup within your three feet of space from left to right.
(8)
Respectful Conduct:
- Be Considerate - Please be mindful of others. Avoid behaviors that may disrupt or inconvenience them, such as excessive noise or inappropriate conduct. Persistent coughing can be disturbing as well.
(7)
- Personal Hygiene - We ask that all attendees practice good hygiene. Please shower, use deodorant, and wear clean clothes to ensure a comfortable atmosphere.
(6)
Health and Hygiene:
- Stay Home if You're Sick - We are actively in flu and cold season. If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, especially a fever, please stay home. The health of all of our attendees is our top priority, and no one wants to end up sick.
(5)
- Power Strips - Each attendee is loaned one plug, so please bring a power strip for all of your devices.
- Power Usage - We allot 6 PCs on a 20 amp circuit. If you are bringing a PC that needs an excessive amount of power, please message a staff member ahead of time so we can accommodate you.
(4)
Equipment:
- Updates - Please download any updates to games and software before arriving at LANWAR.
- Bluetooth Devices - Bluetooth keyboards, mice, and headsets may have issues due to the high number of those devices being used. Plan accordingly and consider bringing wired devices.
