Made two @nytimes.com cooking zucchini recipes. The lemon zucchini Bundt cake cooked in loaf form and the chocolate zucchini loaf. Both taste amazing and will be the new go to variations! #baking

I froze five quarts, made carrot cake jam, and have two big bags of carrots in the fridge! It feels so good!

Pulled the carrots this past weekend. They didn’t turn out huge but I’m pleased! I replenished the soil and planted more carrots, lettuce for Fall, and some broccoli. #vegetablegardening

The #garden is in full swing and I am living for it. Harvesting the next 115 cloves of garlic and a legion of cucumbers on Sunday.

Cookies made by a colleague for my last day of work. It’s a voluntary choice. Taking some time for myself and then will start looking for roles with more remote and hybrid capabilities. Hard to leave great colleagues behind.

I’ve been on Mounjaro since December when I was diagnosed with T2D. My A1C went from 9 to 5.7 in about 11 weeks. It’s a work horse. I’m also down 19% of my body weight. I’m still on 5mg after 5 months.

Bath day! #dachshund

Planted peas and carrots today. Transplanted strawberries into a new raised bed. Put acidic fertilizer on the blueberry bushes. My garlic is about four inches tall. It feels so good to have my hands in dirt again knowing that it will keep fresh veggies and fruit in our kitchen all summer!

I’m pretty sure it ended up being more like 5000. People had to park a solid mile plus away and the crowd kept growing!
