I didn't mean to imply it was. I was quoting the wage since it is less than the $15 many people want the national minimum wage to be.

I am currently voting for Democrats because of all of this nonsense, but I oppose higher national minimum wage. I like that my daughter can get a job at the local VFW washing dishes for $9 an hour after school and weekends here in rural PA. The US economy isn't one size fits all.

Everywhere they do this, the people who see it on the local news hate it. They may target blue cities in red states, but they are turning red suburbs blue. Every operation is a tragedy for the families. Every operation is also the Republican party shooting itself in the foot for the next election.
