The Autumn garden 🌱

Small changes.I began by trying 6000 steps three days a week. Then I moved it to four. Today I walked ten miles, after gradual step increases. Make it part of the daily routine, even if it’s just a couple of laps around the building at lunch. And if you miss a day, just try to do it the next day.
