i remember it being so bad in school to the degree that i couldn’t be comfortable in class and would have to go hide and cry while laying down and needing to like tense my muscles in a fetal position to make it bearable 😫 & part of me still feels like damn… what insane typa drugs to give to a child

i am always so interested to hear about people’s anecdotal pharmaceutical experiences,, i had avoided medication for a long time because of those experiences

weight gain is pretty much a universal side effect of antipsychotics,, the contrast in my experience has been night and day compared to everything else tho like the side effects for almost all other antipsychotics for me have been like very debilitatingly painful and disruptive

everyone is different and idk what your needs are but whenever i can i try to share that i’ve been on like every antipsych med and zyprexa has been the only one that i really can say has been helpful for me and additionally hasn’t given me painful side effects like physical discomfort/restlessness
