they could try to buy the rights from you and try to scam you in to selling it too cheap but other then that i doubt anything more will happen. just don't talk to them and you should be fine. don't stress yourself. *pats the giblin's had*

"they cutting up they're property" they want to sell half or want to sell both separate and if they have separate road access to both they can sell it for way more.

so they want money and trample over you to get that. they would have to buy it from you but they think they can get if for free.

ohhh that makes sense. we had to deal with something similar when selling my dead grandmas house.

"right of way" it was called. simply the neighbor had the right to use the same drive in. this devalued my grandmas property and increased the value of the other. so you do not want that.

the question is. what do they want? if they don't ask i have to assume it is something they know that you will not like it. i hope they do not get it.
