New JACS @pubs.acs.org @acs.org paper from the Boons Group, spearheaded by Mehman @complement.bsky.social describes the chemoenzymatic synthesis of intact HNK-1 glycolipids, which were used to glycoengineer erythrocyte surface for binding and lysis assays.

Another heads-up for the #glycoRNA community from Uni MarburgπThere are many glycoproteins co-isolated with RNA by TRIzol method. They persist throughout RNA sample processing and are not easily degraded by proteinase K. Careful what you are looking at in an RNA blot!
