Listen, the first year that I taught AP Psych at Poly in LB, I inherited my predecessors tests. One had questions on operant conditioning. Some of the questions involved a woman using a negligee to train her husband sexually. I threw his tests in the trash. This kind of misogynist garbage is rampant

In 1923, SCOTUS held that US taxpayers do not have standing to sue the government for their taxes being spent in an illegal or unconstitutional manner. SCOTUS said it would violate Separation of Powers if taxpayers could sue to control how taxes were spent.

That's been US law ever since.
