We are accepting event applications until Saturday, March 7th, 2026, and panel applications until Saturday, March 21st, 2026. Our event scheduling team will review all the applications to find the events and panels that are the best fit for our convention.

As the Concinnity team is preparing for next year's convention, which will take place on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, from 10am to 10pm, we are excited to announce that we have opened event and panel applications!
If you want to run a TTRPG, panel about anime, or some other event, please apply!

We are accepting vendor applications until Saturday, January 3rd, 2026, after which our vendor team will review all the applications to find which shops are the best fit for our convention.

If you are a Wisconsin/Midwest-local artist and have experience vending at conventions or are interested in trying it for the first time, please apply! Feel free to reach out to any artists you know or follow online that you would like to see at Concinnity and suggest they apply to vend!

Harold Johnson, one of the original TSR game designers and editors for Dungeons & Dragons, will be at Concinnity 25 this year!

Harold worked on the original D&D Dungeon Master’s Guide as well as other D&D books. He will be running a free-form in-and-out D&D game for attendees at the event!

Author Cynthia Pelayo (@cynthiapelayo.bsky.social) will be one of our special guests at Concinnity 25! We are lucky to have her join us.

She is an award-winning author and poet. Pelayo writes fairy tales that blend genres and explore concepts of grief, mourning, and cycles of violence.

We are lucky to have Dr. Eric Baumgartner joining us at Concinnity 25! Dr. Eric Baumgartner was the original driver of the Mars Opportunity Rover and is the executive vice president of academics at MSOE. He will be talking about his experiences helping explore beyond our world!
