I liked it. It was the first film where I got the appeal of Butler. Great cat movie too. I didn't know that Aronofsky had it in him to just do something, you know, fun.

I feel like he's just another symptom of a disease I've been seeing a lot more since the pandemic where people talk in real life like they're talking shit online anonymously. It has greatly accelerated with Tr*mp staffing the federal government with nothing but shit-posters.

I like that the trailer for the final season of The Boys focuses on its screwed up heroes and not so much the supes. Feel like that's where the show lost its way a little bit the last couple of years. All the Homelander becoming an unstoppable force of pure evil stuff got pretty damned depressing.

Physical exhaustion is almost never the cause of my skipping the gym. It’s usually stress and work issues.

You know what’s sick about this country? Because of extra expenses that come with getting ready to move, I put a little bit more on my credit cards than I normally do…And my credit score went up.

I'm not gonna lie, I've said the same thing about Shudder originals. I know it's kind of apples and oranges, but I'm not gonna make a special trip to see CLOWN IN A CORNFIELD. But I am hoping Johnson's new one is still playing in theaters when I get back to Chicago.

It's amusing to me that the only people responding to this post want to explain to me how Netflix's business plan is clearly superior because they have all the money.

I truly hate the financial grind mindset.

And it wasn't just makeup or cosmetic surgery. It was clearly never having to live a stressful day in their life. Having the time to get well-rested. Having the money to properly take care of their health. Having the time to go to the gym on a regular basis. Etc.

My best friend and I played tennis on public courts all over Chicago. One time, one of his friends who was housesitting at a luxury private development invited us over to play on their courts.

It was shocking. We sat there after playing going "are these people beautiful just because they're rich?"
