Progress - I don’t know that I SEE much of a difference in the last 5 weeks. Everything has a little more definition, maybe? I feel good so that’s something. 7 weeks and 35 workouts completed. Next check in 1/21. More importantly, he is not leaving marks anymore. . . unfortunately.
