The meditation and mindfulness comes from Hindu practices then spread to Buddhism and other parts of the world. So it is with respect that I use it in my practice.

My practice of witchcraft does include burning herbs, teas, cooking, cystals, etc.
But it mostly is about meditation under the moon or sun. And worshipping the earth underneath me.
And I do charge my crystals and other tools under a full moon. (And full moon water.)
