Getting "big" for me again has been a whirlwind of emotions. I'm trying to lose the weight responsibly, but I'm struggling so hard. It triggered some past issues, and I'm fighting tooth and nail not to go there again. I deserve to eat. I CAN lose the weight properly.

a golden retriever puppy is scaling the wall of her crate. her front legs are draped over the top holding herself up, while her back right toes are gripping onto a bar of the crate. she realizes she's been caught and tries to play it cool with a casual smile. we would be remiss to leave out that she has a hamster water bottle attached to the side of her crate.

Why does having a crippling panic attack feel so embarrassing? Landed in urgent care earlier cause I lost function of my hands/legs thought it was a stroke and as soon as all my vitals and tests cleared I was like....okay but why is my body so dramatic?
