Trans is simply an adjective. A tall woman is suddenly not a woman. A short man is suddenly no longer a man.

Not everything in that book is on mental health issues. Besides that, gender dysphoria is not a trans only thing. Cis people feel it all the time, when men try to aid their hair loss, or women shave.

A sign on the bathroom door already doesn’t stop said people from committing said crime, so why would banning trans people from the bathroom do anything to help? They’ll do it regardless.

While yes, hormones change one’s phenotypic sex, it’s what society has taught us that make some of us want those changes. My schema on what a woman is has breasts, thus I feel more comfortable with them.

All previous arguments show that man/woman must be social terms, with no rule that bars anyone from the category.

Sex is determined by the SRY gene which can be on either X or Y chromosome. Even then, it doesn’t fully determine one’s observable sec characteristics. People who say women have ovaries immediately say women without them just aren’t women.

This statement does not include the many other chromosomal pairings such as XO, or XXY. Nor does it include human females with XY chromosomes, and human males with XX. It is a common misconception that chromosomes determine sex (not gender).
