At this point, learning what I know now and just how fucking common it is, I'm furious nobody ever went "...hey do you have these symptoms by any chance?" or, you know, actually did a blood test to test B12 more than once in my life. I hope current gen suffers less.

tl;dr tissue that's only supposed to exist in one place decides to grow on everything and also it's sticky and stringy so everything gets wrapped, stuck and tied in knots.

Seems like it's been isolated as a genetic thing and said genetic thing also fucks with B12, so it's a huge sign in hindsight.🫠

It's Endometriosis, which is fun when you A. have gender fuckery going on and B. is fun when docs tend to chronically ignore AFAB and all the research is so new nobody knows what's going on to connect the dots in the field.

My other favourites are:

Going from a place where domestic mail takes like, 3 days max to a place where it takes 3 days just to stop doing laps of the opposite coast has really fucked up my idea of how long it takes things to get delivered.

Glad I learned now that I have to order fabric 2 weeks early vs during a deadline.
