Roasted pumpkin seeds w my botifarra spice blend. I was today years old when I first learned you can easily separate the seeds from the goop by putting the clump in a big bowl of water and squeeze/swirl. Seeds float to the top for easy skimming! 🍽️ #foodsky

Thanks! Burping might be the least of worries with cabbage 🀣 As for the fermentation, I’ve got a bunch of one way valve/self burping lids, makes it very easy to set and forget after initially pumping out some air. They work great.
