One of our “green new scam” research grants that USDOT terminated focused on making transit infrastructure more resilient to more frequent and severe weather events. But “climate change adaptation” was too woke, obviously, and doing this research is clearly unnecessary

NWS uses IPAWS to alert phones which occurred hours prior to the serious flooding. It’s not as simple as activating cell alerts twice. How about police or sheriff vehicles with loud speakers, NOAA wx radios in each camp, early evacuations???

Wasn’t it just days ago that we didn’t have enough weapon stockpiles to help out Ukraine?
