jean moreau should be able to kill someone as a treat. the fact that he hasn’t is a miracle and he is stronger than the marines

like imagine you are jean moreau & youve had no autonomy bodily or otherwise since you were 14 & then you are thrust in an environment that is the exact opposite with a group of plucky twenty something’s who are so optimistic you literally don’t know how to handle it. and you’re expected to thrive

and i KNOW they are young and inexperienced and not perfect and that is all fine i am just sighing very heavily

i love the sunshine court, it’s one of my favorite books but god is it so frustrating that jeremy, cat, and laila are constantly looking at jean and telling him his actions aren’t normal with “you know that right?” like even if he did trauma responses are not easily unlearned and also he is Unwell !

the fall banquet in TRK has to be one of THE best scenes ever written in literature LIKE‼️our introduction to jean, the revelation that he & riko know who neil is, neil eviscerating riko, the revelation that neil is supposed to be a raven, & jeans declaration of kevin and neil’s utter stupidity. GOD!

AND ANOTHER THING? her skirt? the way her legs are almost crossed, the look on her face???! she’s p*rn bait for sure.

then again, this company can’t make any character darker than tan, nor any characters that are just not white in the nations inspired by actual non white regions, so. what else should i expect !

she could be objectively cute if she didn’t have eating animations or sit on people. like if she was just thick it would be fine. but it’s clear they were going for “fat” and missed the mark so bad it’s insulting lol

btw hate the new genshin character varesa because they went with every fat person shtick in the book like making her eat in her animations, home of her moves is sitting on people, she’s a COW, but literally only her thighs are thick. just COMMIT TO MAKING HER FAT OMMGGG (said as a fat person ty)
