Excellent resolutions! Particularly the cats. Very happy-making. My resolution was to work on letting go of an emotional pain I've had re: a family member for a while and I've been doing a guided meditation that is excellent. I'm making really good progress 😊 And now I shall add "pet more cats" Yay

Optimism feels more difficult since January 20, but I won't give mine up. RESIST!
