I've got around 50 books left. My garage is already looking emptier!

I try to stretch it as many meals as i can. The more pasta and vegetables you put in the longer it lasts. A sardine can goes a lo way in terms of flavor.

add the vegetables at this stage. Sweat them a bit.
Cook your pasta to your preference.
Drain the water. Reserve a TB and add it back in
Add the butter and toss it.
Add as much or as little parm as you can afford. toss it in the buttery water
Mix in the sardine mixture
Serves 4ish

Sardines and pasta.

What you need
a can of sardines with oil
Some onions and celery (optional.)
pot of the cheapest pasta.
a TB of butter
A couple dash of parm from a shaker.
1 can peas and carrots (optional)

Start boiling a pot of water.
Mash and Saute the sardines in their own oil.
