Just watched the first episode of starlet academy. I really liked it. Definitely had a bit of humour in it😆

8th day of adhd medication and seems to be going well. When was at work had something to focus on so was quite good.
But on my now days off I find with nothing definite to do my mind races and feel the overwhelm starting but the meds actually helped me to put them in order😃

It's called elvanse in the uk only on a low dose at moment it helps for a few hours take it in the morning takes about an hour to kick in lasts about 8 . On 3rd day and first day at work and still was finding i lost focus a few times
Moving to 40 on the 29th January. So will see then

Started on adhd medication yesterday and did noticed a bit of change but it is only a low dise they gradually increase you up over a few weeks but the first day was quite productive for me😁

I have combined ADHD waiting for medication now😳😁

Been a bad month so far.
Started with bad back In absolute agony on the 6th ended up at the out of hours gp 7th, given tramadol and amitriptyline and told needed physio.
Daughter had suspected appendicitis, 2 days in hospital last weekend thankfully not
Now got blood in eye been see all OK

Got a psychiatrist appointment on thursday😳 to have ADHD and ADD assessment after waiting for almost a year

Watching andor s2 on disney+ I think so far better than s1

Not been on a for a while.
Been playing assassin's creed shadows and enjoying it😁
Currently watching nosferaru on sky so far so good

Started on God of war ragnarok yesterday. Like it

Been to unleashed comic con chesterfield today😁

Decided to try pacman world remastered on ps5 😀
Brings back memories

On my third play through of bg3 everytime it's different did a hell of a lot better 2nd run through. Definitely see why you have to play this game lots of times

My 24 year old daughter has been diagnosed with ADHD at last it makes sense to her.
Waiting for mine probably be in a few months yet till I am assessed
