It was just a matter of time. My R01, a grant dedicated to addressing sexual harassment in biomedical research (which affects over 50% of women and sexual and gender minorities), is being terminated.
I guess I should be grateful this letter doesn’t have the offensive language in other terminations.

Just talked with CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corp) about my NSF EDU-funded study on early stereotypes in STEM.
With my @airinforms.bsky.social colleagues, the results show the importance of *sustained* and *evidence-based* funded efforts to expand opportunities for girls in tech at early ages.

I was hoping HHMI (and other private funders) would continue to lead the way.
