Reasonable Adjustments or Just Good Leadership? Most “reasonable adjustments” cost nothing and help everyone. Here’s why they’re not extras—they’re just decent leadership that makes work better for all.

Most of what gets called “reasonable adjustments” is just decent leadership.

Clearer communication. Less faff. More humanity.
It helps everyone, not just neurodivergent people.
