Marseille on fire, Texas flooded. Are white people ready to face the climate emergency yet?
08.07.2025 15:35 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0So you don't know history or geography. Israel are illegally occupying most of Palestine and committing genocide. Trying to pretend they're the victims here is ludicrous.
08.07.2025 15:30 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0You can't take ovet someone else's country, destroy homes and farms, imprison and murder the civilians and then pretend you're the victim 🙄
23.06.2025 11:51 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Israel has been committing state terrorism for 75 years. If a tiny fraction of the treatment Palestine has faced was inflicted on Israel, US or UK there would have been worldwide condemnation and retaliatory action.
22.06.2025 19:27 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0No I just follow the evidence and so much of the time it leads me to Israel's culpability.
Do you think they didn't just commit terrorism against Iranian citizens too now?
Are we expected to believe they were shot by Hamas then taken to Southern Gaza? Far more probable they were killed in the many Israeli air strikes that have killed 60000. If Israel cared about the hostages they wouldn't have broken the ceasefire when they were being released.
05.06.2025 10:49 — 👍 13 🔁 1 💬 2 📌 0And they got fewer votes than under Corbyn. They got a majority because Reform split the right wing vote. Now Labour are alienating their voters and the Tory vote has collapsed they are handing power to Reform.

08.05.2025 09:51 — 👍 3 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Well he got a lot of votes, especially before the media destroyed him. He actually got more votes than Starmer.
He excited some people about politics and Labour again: quite a big task.
And he won his seat decisively as an Independent.
I don't think Labour are doing too well without him tbh.
It's a paper candidate. They want to give people a chance to vote Green but have no resources to fight the seat. Still, should be possible to put details on local website at least. Greens have no rich backers or party machine. It's a few volunteers holding stalls to raise funds for leaflets! 😢
05.05.2025 16:35 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0They have. They just don't get much media time.
05.05.2025 16:28 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0But splitting the vote lets Reform in as we see, now they have Tory votes. We have to ne cannier and choose the best candidate in each seat. Crazy to run left wing candidates against each other.

04.05.2025 16:56 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0There were only elections in certain places, not the big cities. Lancaster won with huge majorities and Greens came 2nd (often close) in quite a few seats. They've broken through in 3 new councils too which always leads to more...
03.05.2025 17:42 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0So Tory protest votes went to Reform and Labour went to Lib Dems and Greens. No surprise there.

Only through hereness and togetherness can we strive not only our own safety, but also fight for the liberation of our oppressed relatives, including and especially Palestinians.
